Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through both online and offline channels to increase conversions and drive organizational growth.
- Promote the organization and its products effectively.
- Implement strategies for customer win-back and retention.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with team members to foster collaboration and skill development.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Enterprise Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close high-value deals.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom sales, including Dedicated Internet, VPN, Dark Fiber, and Long-haul services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated smart, intelligent, and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong background in Enterprise Sales with a focus on the Telecom sector is highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
