Job Description
- A Personal Brand Assistant supports an individual in managing and growing their personal brand, online presence, and professional reputation.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement)
- Develop and implement a content strategy (blog posts, videos, podcasts, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to online mentions and messages
- Collaborate with influencers, sponsors, and partners
- Optimize online profiles (website, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and schedule email newsletters
- Analyze and report on performance metrics (engagement, website traffic, etc.)
- Assist with speaking engagements, events, and appearances
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
- Passion for personal branding and online presence
Nice to have:
- Experience with email marketing software and newsletter creation
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
