Job Description:
- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across the DiagnoStar Group, with great efforts on our Kandidpulse divisions.
- This role will play a pivotal part in our marketing strategy, aimed at expanding our reach and influence in the United States and internationally.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media campaigns, growing our audience, and increasing our social media following, with an emphasis on content scheduling and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Design and execute impactful social media campaigns and email marketing blast campaigns for DiagnoStar Group; open houses, soft launches, and grand openings, among other initiatives, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Also respond to posts and Direct messages on our social media platforms.
- Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow our audience and following across key social media platforms, both in the U.S. and globally.
- Content Scheduling: Develop a consistent content calendar across all platforms to engage audiences, ensuring a steady stream of relevant and compelling content that aligns with our brand values and marketing objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, forecast and report on the success of social media initiatives against predefined metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
- Webinar/Seminar: Plan, set-up and co-ordinate webinar/Seminar with presenters and audience.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Expert in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, google analytics, LinkedIn
Performance Milestones:
- Upon achieving specific measurable objectives, additional responsibilities and a salary increase will be awarded, including:
- Client Interaction: Managing client calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing appointments and schedules for Providers and clients across all DiagnoStar Group subsidiaries.
- Team Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for Providers and team members, ensuring a smooth integration into our operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful social media marketing, preferably in the health, beauty and wellness industries.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to craft engaging stories and analyze performance data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the healthcare, beauty and wellness sector, with a commitment to promoting innovative, non-invasive, and holistic care solutions.
Compensation:
- A competitive starting salary of ?200,000 monthly
- An opportunity to increase total compensation to ?500,000-?600,000 monthly by meeting or exceeding specific performance targets
