Responsibilities
- Respond to user requests, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and other devices, as well as install and update software applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair network connectivity issues, ensuring stable and secure connections.
- Identify and resolve technical problems, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Assist users with technical issues, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions to enhance user skills.
- Manage and resolve technical incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
- Problem Management: Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to prevent recurring technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, perform security audits, and implement measures to prevent cyber threats.
- Work with other IT teams, such as development and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer science
- 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Relevant experience in IT support
- Must reside in Ogun state.
