Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Field / Digital Marketer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns both online and offline, engaging potential customers, and enhancing brand visibility.
- In addition, the role will involve providing front desk support, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (Field & Digital):
- Develop and execute field marketing activities to promote the company’s products/services.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email, and online channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
- Distribute promotional materials and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, generating insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
Front Desk Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Manage front desk operations including receiving guests, handling inquiries, and directing calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper communication of guest arrivals.
- Provide administrative support including filing, correspondence, and scheduling as required.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and reflects the company’s image.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing (field and/or digital) and/or front desk administration.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design/marketing software is an advantage.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
