Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures the achievement of the KPIs set in terms of MTTR & TAT in resolving customer’s complaints.
- Handle all escalations from customers for prompt resolutions
- Provide customer support to internal and external clients that require physical intervention.
- Involved in the integration of new circuits on the network
- Provide technical reports and details to support fault analysis and management reporting; network faults analysis, root cause analysis and network performance.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of new links implementation
- Ensure timely and accurate feedback of RFOs/ETRs/RCAs to clients within the agreed timeline.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience.
- Knowledge of IP / MPLS, microwave and fiber optics technology
- Good oral and written communication skills.
