Job Summary:
- Creaniacs is looking for a creative and skilled Digital Creator to manage and grow the social media presence of a leading food/restaurant brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases the restaurant’s offerings, including dine-in experiences, delivery options, and outdoor events. This role blends creativity with strategic social media management to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies to enhance the restaurant’s online presence and customer engagement.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, including photos, videos, and written posts that highlight food offerings, dining experiences, events, and promotions.
- Capture and produce engaging content for different settings, including in-restaurant dining, food delivery, and outdoor events.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep the brand at the forefront of digital trends.
- Collaborate with the brand’s marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall brand vision and marketing goals.
- Manage the restaurant’s social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategies, and report on campaign performance and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and the food industry to continually enhance the brand’s online presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management and content creation for a food/restaurant brand, or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Ability to create captivating food-centric content that appeals to diverse audiences and promotes the dining experience.
- Familiarity with food photography and videography techniques that highlight the aesthetic appeal of food.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), video editing software (e.g., Capcut), and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to visit the Creaniacs office once a month.
