Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ad Management: Develop and manage Google ad campaigns, including search, display, and shopping, ensuring they are optimized for performance and budget efficiency.
  • Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and audience engagement objectives.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Google Business Suite for campaign management, along with proficiency on platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and Adroll
  • Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance.
  • A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI.
  • Understanding Consumer Behavior: Apply insights into consumer behavior to refine advertising approaches, particularly within the home decor retail sector.
