As a Graduate Trainee – Digital Operations Staff, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining Alpha & Jam’s network of LED and indoor screens across Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for driven graduates to build a career in digital operations, technology, and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations, monitoring, and performance of all LED and indoor screens in Alpha & Jam’s network.
- Assist with basic installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of digital screens.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely content updates and screen maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of screen locations, performance, and service history.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for digital OOH operations.
- Deliver reports and updates on screen performance and operational issues.
