Job Description

  • As a Graphic Artist, you will play a key role in bringing clients' brands to life through compelling visual content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

  • Conceptualize and design visual assets for social media content, including but not limited to images, illustrations, infographics, and animations.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual themes that align with client branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Produce high-quality graphics that engage audiences and drive user interaction on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and account managers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with campaign messaging.

Content Creation:

  • Generate original artwork and designs for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets for use across different social media channels and formats.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media design to inform creative strategies and approaches.

Brand Identity:

  • Maintain and evolve brand identities for client accounts, ensuring visual coherence and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop visual style guides and templates for use in social media campaigns and ongoing content creation.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on visual branding and design strategies to enhance their online presence.

Quality Assurance:

  • Review and approve design deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of graphics across various devices and screen sizes to ensure optimal display and user experience.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, strategists, and clients, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Solicit feedback and incorporate revisions to refine design concepts and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Skills:
Graphic Design Proficiency:

  • Mastery of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to create visually stunning and engaging graphics for social media platforms, including images, illustrations, infographics, and animations.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition to produce effective visual content.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • Strong creative vision and the ability to conceptualize original ideas that align with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Capacity to adapt to evolving trends in design and social media to produce innovative and compelling visual content.

Attention to Detail:

  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all design deliverables.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across various projects and clients.

Time Management and Organization:

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow and keep track of project assets, revisions, and feedback.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, present designs, and incorporate feedback from clients and team members.
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, content creators, and clients, to achieve project objectives.

Problem-Solving Ability:

  • Resourcefulness and creativity to overcome design challenges and find solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to client feedback and revise designs accordingly while maintaining creative integrity.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in optimizing graphics for digital platforms, including knowledge of file formats, resolution, and file size requirements for social media posting.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create graphics that display effectively across different devices and screen sizes.
