DESCRIPTION:
- Will design innovative promotional and marketing materials for our social media pages, website, other platforms, and in print.
- Will support and work alongside other departments to determine the requirement and vision for design elements to promote the company’s initiatives, and to ensure consistent branding across the board.
- Keep up with the latest trends and developments, especially in the entertainment industry.
- Will also be required to create graphic designs and digital content for the company as the need arises.
- Create artwork, designs, layouts, and other materials for projects from the planning stage to the launch both in print and digital.
- Ensure that all work is of great quality throughout the process.
- Provide basic design and creative support for related issues that arise in the Company.
- Design and layout images for spotlights, trends, media posts, web and print campaigns, and email blasts, among other features daily.
- Ability to create motion graphics and animations.
- Manage and produce digital design work.
- Work on special projects, initiatives, promotions and other programs as needed at the direction of the marketing unit.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc or its equivalent
- Over 1 year experience in a similar role
- Exceptionally creative mind and detail oriented
- Knowledge of colour theory and other artistic concepts
- Knowledge of and ability to use relevant design softwares and technologies
- Organised and can work independently
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the use of all social media app
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Excellent in writing, proofreading, and editing
- Impeccable time management, patience, and flexibility.
