Job Summary
- The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and designs for a variety of digital and print media. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail, the ability to think outside the box, and a passion for design.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop designs that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop and produce a wide range of design materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, brochures, presentations, banners, and print collateral.
- Branding: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design projects and help elevate the visual identity of the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create engaging visuals that align with campaign objectives, messages, and strategies.
- Creative Concepts: Generate new design ideas and concepts based on marketing briefs, creative direction, and company goals.
- Digital and Print Media: Create designs for both digital platforms (social media, websites, emails) and print materials (flyers, posters, business cards).
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- File Preparation: Prepare final design files for print or digital publishing, ensuring they meet required specifications.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative designs to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
- Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Experience designing for both web and print media.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
