Position Summary:
We seek a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing content. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create stunning graphics that align with our brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create visually appealing graphics, including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media content, website graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Research and Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and perfect designs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and other design and video editing software is a plus. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects, demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and editing techniques
- Creativity: Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and present ideas clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
