Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing strategies and focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the brand.

Purpose of the Job

  • The Growth Marketer will identify growth opportunities, develop and execute campaigns across various digital channels, and optimize performance through data analysis. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, using innovative strategies to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across digital channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, etc.)
  • Identify and execute opportunities to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Analyse performance data to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and customer funnels
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and third-party vendors
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports Requirements: - Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or Digital Marketer with a strong focus on growth
  • Expertise in performance marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.) Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2 - 5 years experience in digital and growth marketing; startup or high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques
