Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Digital Media to lead our new media (Digital) department. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that amplifies our brand voice, expands our reach, and fuels business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, community management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Manage and lead the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Spearhead the development and ongoing optimization of our company website, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying and implementing those that best serve our needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and business units across departments to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage and negotiate with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
- Analyse and interpret data to measure the success of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- 8-15 years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful social media campaigns, content marketing strategies, and website optimization initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of the current digital media landscape and emerging trends.
- Experience working with and managing digital agencies and vendors.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyse data effectively, and translate insights into actionable plans.
