Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction as head of our subsidiary.
  • Work collaboratively to shape the vision, strategy, and culture of the subsidiary.
  • Be actively involved in all aspects of the business, from product development to product launch.
  • Drive business growth and development, ensuring the successful launch and scaling of our products/services.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A committed individual ready to engage in this role full-time.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for fintech and innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams (experience in fintech or related fields is a plus).
  •  Ability to generate revenue that surpasses approved.
  • Willingness to participate in a compatibility assessment to ensure alignment with our team and values.
  • Prior financial experience is highly desirable.
