Job Summary
- We are looking for a proficient, ambitious, go-getter who can thrive in a fast-paced technology driven environment for one of our portfolio companies. This person will be responsible for providing tactical oversight into our portfolio company’s technological strategic direction and objectives. This role will require you to also manage the technological resources, platform development and utilization. Job Details
- Execute the strategy for technological platforms to ensure alignment with its business goals, while ensuring the enforcement of world class technology standards in the entity.
- Identify and build valuable technological strategic partnerships within and outside the ecosystem.
- Proactively map out cutting edge technological solutions that yield competitive advantage and can drive increase in revenue.
- Supervise the quality assurance, data protection processes and cybersecurity safeguards to ensure that stakeholder data and information are protected.
- Develop KPIs and strategies for the implementation of innovative platforms while optimizing existing systems, applications, and technology.
- Advocating and communicating technology capabilities to internal and external stakeholders – Board, Customers, Partners, Press and Vendors.
- Leading the research on industry trends and emerging technologies in order to ensure business advantage.
- Monitor the IT Budget allocation and assets.
- Lead the journey to being a thought leader through creativity and innovation.
- Partner with the Marketing, Sales and Product Teams to define and deliver new products and enhance current products.
- Conduct technical reviews of products, platforms and solutions to test their applicability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or any related field.
- At least 8 years hands-on experience including mid-level leadership demonstrating a track record of strategy, innovation, design, development, and implementation of platform solutions for the Finance sector.
- Demonstrated success with process improvement, leading complex contractual relationships internally and externally, understanding customer behavior, and mapping out actionable plans from technologically driven insights and business trends.
- Success with building high performing teams and working in a fast paced and agile environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good business acumen for problem solving
