- Our client is seeking a proactive Head of Technology & Digital Transformation.
- This role will drive the company's technological strategy and innovation, establish a clear vision for technology, oversee product engineering, and develop growth-oriented strategic plans.
- The ideal candidate will foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team, align technology with business goals, and leverage their strong background in technology management and leadership to position the company as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Create effective sales strategies and set measurable goals to drive revenue growth. Generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Engage with potential customers, addressing queries and resolving complaints Draft high-quality proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
- Utilize sales software to manage the sales process, maintain CRM data, and meet sales targets while staying informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field;
- Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.
- 5-7 years in sales/business development, with at least 3 years in senior leadership
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in building sales pipelines and converting high-level prospects into clients.
- Success in working with finance, marketing, product, and customer experience teams.
