  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product management, providing a strategic advantage in aligning technical operations with product development and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the technical operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for technical infrastructure, aligning with product development goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of technical operations.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems and processes.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technical operations.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technical operations through the application of agile and lean methodologies.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in technical operations role.
  • Proven experience in technical operations and product management.
  • Strong understanding of technical infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and security.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with agile and lean methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project and resource management.
