Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative IT Personnel/Brand Strategist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our IT infrastructure while driving brand awareness and engagement strategies.
  • This role will bridge the gap between technology and brand identity to help expand our market presence, focusing on digital innovation and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IT strategies that support business goals and enhance internal operations.
  • Oversee the design, development, and management of the company’s website and digital platforms to ensure they are optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Manage IT support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Implement effective data management strategies and maintain secure storage solutions for company data.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to strategize and execute brand campaigns that strengthen the company’s position in the market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine brand positioning and drive growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage digital content to increase engagement across various platforms.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of branding efforts, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to integrate new technologies and improve business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all data security regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or brand strategy, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT tools.
  • Experience with web development, content management systems, and SEO practices.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services is a plus.
