Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain ICT systems, including servers, networks, and telecommunications equipment.
- Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of ICT systems, implementing security measures and performing regular backups.
- Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new ICT technologies and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify ICT needs and requirements and develop and implement solutions to meet those needs.
- Document ICT systems, processes, and procedures, and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the ICT industry and make recommendations for their integration into the company's infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar ICT role.
- Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including servers, networks, and telecommunications.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with security measures and protocols, including firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
