Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in our company.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information and communications technology, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in developing successful business strategies.
  • Additionally, this role will involve aligning the media and digital marketing team's strategy with the company's business goals and overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the ICT sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to strengthen the company's position in the market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized ICT solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the business development team, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.

Media and Digital Marketing Alignment:

  • Collaborate with the media and digital marketing team to align their strategy with the company's business goals and overall strategy.
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively integrated with business development efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that support the company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key areas of focus and investment to drive business success and achieve competitive advantage.
  • Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the ICT sector or bank.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools is an asset.
