Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Group Lead ICT & Connectivity.
- The primary goal of this role is to provide hands-on experience in information technology infrastructure and strategy, particularly in infrastructure, cloud, network, and electronic information security.
Responsibilities
- Conducting regular assessments of systems, networks and applications to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks on the network including cloud.
- Deploy LAN / WAN and internet related equipment’s and projects.
- Physical installation of all IT equipment’s in data centers and technical rooms
- Configures, updates and backups of all servers and internet equipment’s
- Assessing the organization's security requirements and setting appropriate best practices and standards.
- Experience with 3cx VoIP system
- Experience with configuring network equipment and understanding of core routing and switching protocol, such as NAT, STP, IPSec, SSLVPN, VLAN, Ether channel, OSPF, BGP, QOS, SDWAN
- Experience managing cloud environment such AWS.
- Monitors and Ensures network assurance and availability
- Upgrade the network equipment’s with the latest stable firmware releases.
- Protect all Information and Communication Technology infrastructure and corporate data against attacks from virus, threats and cyber criminals.
- Put stringent security policies in place to minimize the risk and impact of security breaches
- Carrying out threat analysis on the network, investigating incidents and fixing security problems.
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks
- Responding to security breaches and identifying system vulnerabilities.
- Collaborating with other teams and writing reports for managers.
- Managing SIEM software and end point security solution to protect the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information asset.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements and standards such ISO 27001; COBIT, CSF, and NDPR
Requirements
- HND or Bsc in Computer science / Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical engineering or other related field.
- Hold certification such as CCNA / CCNP, Security+, CISSP, ITIL, AWS
- Minimum of 5 year of work experience with incident detection, incidence response.
- Experience with Cisco, Unifi, Netgear, firewall, end point security, and SIEM
- Great awareness of IT/cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
- Excellent, communication and people management skills.
