Responsibilities
- Help in building a networked digital classroom
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
- Installing and downloading appropriate software
- Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
- Implementing computer networks
- Designing and maintaining web sites
- Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
- His other responsibilities include but are not limited to resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
- Usage of email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
- For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Computer Science with at least 2 years work experience in a similar position.
