Iknorbert Communications Limited is a leading Communications Products Distribution firm based in Lagos with branches across the Federation and other West African Coutries. We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive ICT Officer to join our team immediately. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our company’s technology infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and local area networks (LAN/WAN).
- User Support: Provide prompt first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data backup/disaster recovery protocols.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for servers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Project Coordination: Plan and execute IT upgrades, migrations, and new system installations with minimal business disruption.
- Training: Educate staff on IT best practices, security protocols, and the effective use of digital tools.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 – 12 years of professional experience in an ICT support or administration role.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are highly advantageous.

- Indepth Knowledge in the usage of BUSY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
