What You Will Be Doing
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining complex software applications.
- Managing and maintaining the Active Directory infrastructure.
- Optimizing Wi-Fi and LAN networks for peak performance.
- Providing technical support for computer systems and addressing inquiries.
- Building and configuring firewalls for network security.
- Securing the organization's website from potential threats.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
- Complex Software Installation
- Active Directory Knowledge
- Wi-Fi and Networking
- Understanding of Office Equipment
- Computer Usage
- Systems Repair
- Firewall Configuration
- Website Security
- Technical Support.
Good to Have:
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CISCO)
