Job Description
  - We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ICT Sales Representative to promote and sell our ICT solutions.
  - In this role, your duties will include familiarizing yourself with the technical specifications of our products, assessing clients' ICT needs, and demonstrating our ICT solutions to potential clients.
  - To ensure success as an information technology sales representative, you should exhibit extensive sales experience in an ICT solutions environment, as well as in-depth knowledge of ICT industry trends. Information and Communication Technology sales reps. ensure that their ICT sales expertise translates to increased sales revenue.
  
 Responsibilities
  - Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionalities.
  - Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets.
  - Consulting with ICT developers and Management on product offerings.
  - Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
  - Assessing potential clients' ICT needs and recommending products.
  - Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  - Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties.
  - Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
  - Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.
  - Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends.
  - Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources.
  - Acquiring and updating knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions.
  - visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities.
  - Assessing customers' needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs.
  - Promoting employers' ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
  - Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, completing contracts, and recording orders.
  - Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment, and the provision of services.
  - Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services.
  - Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications, and resolving any problems arising.
  - Preparing sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred
  
 Requirements
  - B.Sc, HND, or an Associate Degree in Marketing or a similar qualification.
  - 2-5 years experience in an ICT sales environment.
  - Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
  - Ability to explain and demonstrate ICT product specifications and functionalities.
  - Advanced proficiency in ICT industry terminology and jargon.
  - Ability to liaise with management and ICT developers about sales strategies.
  - Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
  - Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales services.
  - In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
  - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  - Must be accountable and reliable for all stocks/sales made.
