Responsibilities
- IT and electronic data operations: Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Laptop management: Maintain company laptops and provide a monthly account of their numbers and status.
- Internet service.
- Coordination: Manage and coordinate internet providers for quality service and ensure availability of internet service at all time.
- Online meeting platform: Organize and conduct demonstrations for students on platforms like Zoom.
- SIM card registration and company phones: Ensure registration of all company SIM cards.
- Responsible for Entire facility electricity, lightings, online class gadgetsERB and Cloud computing software.
