Job Description:
- Develop and implement IM&T strategies, policies, and standards to support business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of IT systems to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with global best practices.
- Identify emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance organizational capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the upstream oil & gas sector.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing enterprise IT solutions.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and data management systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Leadership and team-building skills to drive performance and innovation.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning IT initiatives to business objectives.
