Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile In-House Brand Model/ Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to both the customer experience on the sales floor and serve as an in-house model for our brand\'s product photography and marketing materials. Your ability to represent the brand, engage with customers, and bring energy to our visual storytelling will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
In-House Brand Model Duties:
- . Model the brand for illustrative photograph.
- . Collaborate with the creative team, stylists, and photographers to bring brand vision to life, ensuring products are showcased in an aspirational yet accessible manner.
- . Maintain a positive and professional image while representing the brand both in-store and in front of the camera.
- . Participate in fitting sessions and provide feedback on product fit, comfort, and styling.
- . Occasionally participate in live-streaming events, promotional videos, or runway-style presentations in-store or at special events.
MODEL SPECIFICATION:
- Height: 5.9 – 5.11 feet
- Size: 6 – 10
- Shoe size: 40 – 41
- Complexion: Any clear skin color
Sales Associate Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in-store, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the brand’s products, collections, and promotions to confidently make recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Assist with product displays, inventory management, and store organization to maintain a visually appealing environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers and promoting key products and promotions.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends and brand-specific developments to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support store events, product launches, and other marketing activities as needed.
- Assist with social media and influencer engagement by occasionally creating content or attending promotional events.
- Assist with website Management
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand identity, ensuring consistency in customer interactions, styling, and modeling effort.
Qualifications:
- OND, HND, BSc candidates preferred
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields (1-2 years preferred).
- Comfort and confidence in front of the camera with a professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for detail in styling and product presentation.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform both sales and modeling duties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for the brand.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous modeling experience (in-house or commercial).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience with styling or fashion photography is a plus.
