Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the company's servers, network systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and monitoring of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ensure the security, availability, and integrity of the company's data and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, email addresses, and access privileges.
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
- Assist in the evaluation, procurement, and installation of IT equipment and software.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company's confidential information and systems.
- Monitor network traffic and identify potential security breaches or vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network resources.
- Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring that they are executed within budget and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 Years relevant experience in Information Technology.
