Requirements
Candidate must possess 5 ‘O’ Level credit pass (WAEC, NECO, GCE) including English and Mathematics plus a degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations etc. Membership of NIPR or other relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
