Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist located in Lekki.
- The specialist will manage network administration, provide technical support, handle troubleshooting, ensure network security, and oversee IT infrastructure.
- Daily tasks include maintaining and optimizing the IT environment, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve systems.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Network Security skills
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Information Technology skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise IT solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
