Responsibilities
- Computers and printers troubleshooting.
- Backup and restore company’s data when necessary.
- Consistent maintenance and control of company server.
- Troubleshooting network issues.
- Monitoring the company’s finance app (Eazybank and Sage).
- Analysis on company vehicle and managing office supplies stock.
- Providing administrative support.
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices and verify receipts.
- Creating memos for managers and senior level offices as needed.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Properly managing and attending to all I.T related matters.
- Timely and effective troubleshooting and solving problems relating to hardware, software and network.
- Consistently monitoring network utilization and performance.
Skills/ Competencies:
- Time management.
- Basic bookkeeping.
- Office management software, word processing software and spreadsheets.

Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or related course.
- 3 years and above.
