Justrite Limited, a 100% owned Nigerian Company was incorporated in the year 2001 to carry on the business of Departmental Stores and super stores. Justrite Limited is a merchandising outfit. The firm has expertise and experience in managing complex procurement requirements and commodity trading. The firm with its technical partners has interests in information and communication technologies as well as general retailing through its super store. Justrite also collaborates with other allied firms in undertaking and executing projects as the situation demands. Their retailing arm, Justrite Superstores was established ten years ago as a corner shop and metamorphosed into its present size and location in the year 2003. It is strategically located on the Ota-Idiroko Road.
Duties.
- Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
- Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
- Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
- Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
- Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
- Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring users receives refresher training as well.
- In this role, your duties will include, providing first-level support on all IT related issues, ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.
Desired Qualifications / Preferred Competencies
- B.Sc/HND in Computer Science or relevant field
- 2- 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Very good communication abilities
- Strong Networking and troubleshooting knowledge
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
- Relevant certifications will be an advantage
- Able to work independently as well as team player in a multi-cultural and challenging environment.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues timely and ensure functionality
