Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer at E-Terra Technologies Ltd in Lagos.
- The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining desktop computers and printer support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Information Technology and Desktop Computers
- Printer Support knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
