TF Microfinance Bank started with the Incorporation of Thinkfinance Services Limited on 6th December 2012. In 2015 the company was granted approval in principle by The Central Bank of Nigeria for a Unit Microfinance Bank. On the 14th of March 2016, TF Microfinance Bank was incorporated with a fully paid authorised share capital of twenty million Naira. It aims to render niche financial services that are focused on the underbanked and unbanked populace.
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Nigeria for an Information Technology Support Officer. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of desktop computers, printers, and other IT assets.
- Additional responsibilities include performing regular system updates, ensuring cybersecurity protection, and assisting team members with IT-related queries and training.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Technical Support, Information Technology, and related IT systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting techniques to resolve software and hardware issues efficiently
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Industry certifications (such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
