- We are seeking to engage an experienced IoT Connectivity Specialist to manage our IoT connectivity back-end operations on a daily basis in Nigeria.
Main responsibilities.
- Configuration on Tramigo IoT SIM management platform.
- Troubleshooting of failed Connectivity services.
- Generate and analyze statistics; improve the devices’ settings based on the data analyzed.
- Generate and update educational documents for internal and external purposes.
- Improvement of existing processes.
Job Requirements.
- Proactive problem-solving.
- Clear communication in English.
- 1-year relevant experience in Telecommunications.
- SS7, DIAMETER, GTP knowledge.
- Roaming call flow knowledge.
- Any associated skill/knowledge with eUICC sim management is an added advantage.
