What we're looking for
- Mariblock is looking for an IT and Workplace Productivity Assistant to assist in managing technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for the team and contributing to website/software development.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage user accounts, email, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and security protocols.
- Provide basic training on workplace productivity tools.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of cloud-based tools.
- Contribute to website and software development projects.
Qualifications
Note: We’re giving preference to new NYSC members for this position.
- Background in computer science, IT, or related fields.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common software and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
