Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software and applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot network systems (Wi-Fi, LAN, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues.
- Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with WordPress website management and updates.
- Maintain IT security and ensure data protection policies are followed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with software installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network setup and management.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills is an added advantage
