Position Overview:

  • As a Business Analyst at, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop reports and presentations, and make recommendations to optimize performance and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business outcomes.
  • Business Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize business operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and projects.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify objectives, and resolve conflicts.
  • Project Management Support:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and marketing, to align business objectives and drive results.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster collaboration and drive consensus.
  • Continuous Learning and Development:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Skills

  • A Degree in IT / Computer Science or other related fields.
  • Previous experience in IT Business/ Systems Analysis or Research Analysis
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
