Position Overview:
- As a Business Analyst at, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop reports and presentations, and make recommendations to optimize performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business outcomes.
- Business Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize business operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and projects.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify objectives, and resolve conflicts.
- Project Management Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and marketing, to align business objectives and drive results.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster collaboration and drive consensus.
- Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements and Skills
- A Degree in IT / Computer Science or other related fields.
- Previous experience in IT Business/ Systems Analysis or Research Analysis
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
