Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance and Testing Engineer to ensure our IT systems and processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. The candidate will have a strong background in IT compliance, risk management, and testing, with expertise in auditing, security, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and have experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and performing testing and validation.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance programs, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance testing to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards risks
  • Design, implement, and manage Hybrid AD environments, integrating Azure AD with on-premises AD
    Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards to support compliance and testing efforts
  • Stay up to date with changing regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies
  • Design and implement testing strategies, plans, and cases to ensure IT systems meet requirements
    Execute testing, validation, and verification activities to ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and performant
    Collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance and security are integrated into the software development lifecycle
    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and testing processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BE) in computer science, information technology or engineering
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Compliance+, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in IT or compliance, risk management and testing
  • GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) software
  • Vulnerability scanners (e.g., Nessus, OpenVAS)
  • Penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite)
  • Automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile teams
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and business needs. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
