Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the organization’s information technology systems.
- Maintain and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular checks on network performance and data security.
- Perform regular systems audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless network integration and stay ahead of industry competitors.
- Analyze departmental needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate processes, technologies, and vendors for effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and monitor vendor performance.
- Empower employees through training and provide ongoing technical support.
- Develop robust disaster recovery plans and data backup strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- CompTIA Network+ certification.
- Familiarity with enterprise software systems, including:
- SAAS Management Platforms (SMP)
- User Lifecycle Management Platforms (ULM)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Project Management Tools
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within an established organization.
