Job Summary
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the company's digital transformation initiatives and roadmap.
- Review and improve internal business processes.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Establish and maintain IT policies for data security and system integrity.
- Supervise the IT team and ensure efficient performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT management and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in modern digital technologies (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific compliance and security.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with change management experience.
- Experience managing IT in multi-location environments.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
