Job Summary: 

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company. The IT Manager will manage the IT team, develop and implement IT strategies, maintain efficient and secure IT systems, and ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive IT innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Identify opportunities for technology improvements to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Budget and forecast for IT-related expenses and projects.

IT Infrastructure & Security:

  • Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and security of all IT systems, including networks, servers, and data storage.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company’s data and IT assets.
  • Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to meet organizational and professional goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and fulfill their IT needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and senior management.

Vendor & Resource Management:

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and services to support business growth.

Operational Management:

  • Monitor and maintain IT operations to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of business-critical software and hardware.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Project Management:

  • Lead IT-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.

Job Requirement:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent certifications.
