Job Description:

- As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and software.
- Your expertise will help us maintain efficient and secure IT systems, supporting our business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems efficiently
- Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support and training to staff members
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations
- Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and training skills
