Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems and applications.
- Assist with password resets and account unlocks.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support or other relevant teams.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Assist with onboarding new employees regarding IT setups.
- Participate in regular training and skill development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 2 - 3 years of experience
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a help desk or support role is a plus, but not always required.
