Job Summary
The IT Officer manages the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support to ensure efficient operations and data security.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
- Ensure proper functioning of internet, email systems, and ERP platforms.
- Monitor system security and data protection.
- Manage backups and data recovery processes.
- Maintain IT inventory and recommend upgrades when necessary.
- Train staff on basic IT usage and security practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system management.
- Ability to fly a drone is compulsory.
- Experience managing ERP systems is an advantage.
