Job Summary:
The IT Officer is responsible for managing and supporting the organization\\\'s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems and providing technical assistance to staff. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist employees with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
System Management:
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals.
Network Administration:
- Manage network security and access controls.
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure connectivity.
Data Management:
- Oversee data backup and recovery processes.
- Maintain data integrity and security measures.
IT Security:
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
Documentation:
