Key Areas of Responsibilities (in Summary)
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Monitor, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure network availability and reliablity.
- Ensure regular maintenance of all IT systems/assets including documentation, updates, patches and system optimization.
- Develop, maintain, and update the organization’s website and email accounts to ensure optimal functionality, user experience and security.
- Assist with planning and implementing IT-related projects, upgrades and innovations.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or any other related field.
- A higher Degree may be a plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA) may be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, enterprise applications, cloud services and ERP systems.
